At Meena Bazaar, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your ethnic wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Meena Bazaar account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to submit your request.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, pack the garment securely in its original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during pickup.
Reverse Pickup
A doorstep pickup will be arranged within 24-48 hours of your request, and you will receive a confirmation receipt once the package is collected.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
